Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Ears of Corn Kernels
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Heat Ghee in a saute pan over medium-low heat
  2. Add onion and cook for 1 minute
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds to one minute until aromatic
  4. Add corn, peppers, and spices
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
